hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell of plant origin), marine collagen hydrolysate (fish, shellfish and crustaceans), turmeric root powder, keratin powder, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-cysteine, horsetail stem powder, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sodium hyaluronate, selenium* yeast, anti-caking agent : magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc oxide, biotin (vitamin B8)

*Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium should not be exceeded.

Works slowly, but effectively
