Bio Krill contains abundant levels of all-important Omega 3 fatty acids, imperative for optimal health, that are effortlessly absorbed and integrated into the body thanks to the high level of marine phospholipids present, so essential fats can be delivered directly to the vital areas of our system.

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water.
