Dehydration can be the root cause of many health problems. Since the body mainly consists of water, sufficient hydration ensures that it remains well-balanced. Dehydration can take place when we lose more fluid than we take on, upsetting the natural equilibrium.

Hydrocare is a soluble tablet that contains a scientifically balanced formula of glucose, electrolytes and essential minerals, which when added to water can be used to replenish the body's system, helping to restore nutrients by rehydrating the body.

Take 1 tablet in the morning before breakfast, dissolved in a glass of water. Drink 1.5 litres of water steadily throughout the day.

Sweetener: sorbitol; acidifier: citric acid; maltodextrin; bulking agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C; lemon juice powder (Citrus limon); anti-caking agent: mono and digycerides of fatty acids; leucin; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); pomegranate juice powder (Punica granatum); hibiscus flower extract (Hibisscus sabdariffa); D-calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5); harpagophytum root extract (Harpagophytum procumbens; Harpagophytum zeyheri); Nopal cladodes powder (Opuntia Ficus indica); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); riboflavin (vitamin B2); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); sweetener: surcralose; folic acid (vitamin B9); Dbiotin (vitamin B8).
